Personal Information includes staff’s personal contact information including address, phone numbers, etc., as well as emergency contact information. This function is helpful for management to keep track of the most up-to-date information on file. Personnel Information includes employment records, from the hiring process through separation, including position title(s), location, supervisor etc.
Our proprietary HRIS serves as a delivery and maintenance system for performance management-related records, including job descriptions, annual goals and performance reviews. The system also allows managers to keep track of subordinates’ performance using the Performance Journal function, providing for access to performance and other relevant information needed to make employment decisions at a manager’s fingertips.
Attendance and Timekeeping
Our timekeeping function integrates timesheet and time off records allowing staff and management to track working hours (including a digital timeclock function), company holidays, and request, approve, and process vacation and other paid time off in the system. Payroll administration is made simple through customized reports designating regular work hours, paid time off, and overtime, based on company policy and applicable wage and hour laws.
